Website Delivery
The website is built and delivered using Framer infrastructure. Technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, referrer, time of access and requested pages may be processed to provide the website, ensure stability, improve performance and maintain security.

Media Delivery via cloud.shapedagency.com
Some media files, such as videos, are loaded from cloud.shapedagency.com, a Nextcloud-based cloud storage operated by Trautmann & Dörre GbR / Shaped Agency.
When these files are loaded, technical access data such as IP address, browser information, referrer, time of access and requested file may be processed for delivery, security and troubleshooting purposes.

4. choclift App
Local Processing
The choclift app does not create user accounts and does not use tracking, analytics, advertising identifiers or location data.
The app processes data locally on the user’s devices where necessary to provide its functionality.
Device Communication
The app enables communication between an iPhone, iPad, Apple Vision Pro and a Mac device.
This communication:
happens directly between devices
uses a temporary one-time code (OTP) for pairing
does not involve a central choclift server
No personal data is transmitted to or stored on a choclift server for this device communication.
5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
choclift may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases through the Apple App Store.
Payment processing, billing, cancellation and refund handling are carried out by Apple. We do not receive or store full payment details such as credit card numbers.
For subscription validation and access management, the app may process technical purchase information, such as subscription status, product identifier, transaction identifier and expiration date.

6. Support and Contact
If users contact us by email, we process the information provided in the message, including email address, name if provided, and the content of the request, in order to respond to the inquiry.

We only share personal data with service providers where necessary to operate the website, deliver the app, process support requests, or provide subscriptions. These providers may process data on our behalf or as independent controllers.
