choclift connects your iPhone and Mac directly, like a fast little chocolate bridge between both devices. Because of that, the experience depends on your WiFi, router, and device settings. Unfortunately we don't control those parts, but we can help you fix them in case they affect your user experience.
Note: choclift doesn't support Personal Hotspots at the moment.
Most of the time these issues can be fixed quite easily. Just try everything from our checklist or contact us via hi@choclift.com

Didn't work? Hmm…then let's get a bit more technical and make some network adjustments.
on iPhone go to Settings > WiFi > Your Network (i) > Private Wi-Fi Address
Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Private Relay
